AMADEUS has launched a service that allows travellers to
check their itinerary on-line.
The system lets users review all their travel plans by
visiting a special website, www.checkmytrip.net.
It is available to travellers that have booked with agents
that use Amadeus global distribution systems.
The technology company believes Checkmytrip.net will help
agents to offer extra value to their customers.
Amadeus UK marketing director Mark Lewsey said: “Checkmytrip.net
represents the way a customer focussed industry must move, placing the emphasis
on technology to provide genuinely useful, informative and simple-to-use tools.”
