INTERNET-based choiceair.com’s sales director Paul Dendle has written to the Office of Fair Trading to complain about the activities of his former company, Avro.
Dendle claims that choiceair.com’s holding company Axis Leisure and another company, Freedom Flights, have been unfairly excluded from Avro’s system, Orbit. “What Avro is attempting to do is frustrate and bully smaller companies to maintain a dominant position in the leisure seat-only market,” said Dendle.
“I am asking the OFT to investigate the business activities of Avro and at least apply pressure to get us and Freedom Flights reinstated on to the Orbit system.”
The OFT was unavailable for comment. Avro declined to comment.
