surf, sail and cycle package: dinghy sailing is one of the options in the one-week Surf, Sail and Cycle package offered at Neilson’s Porto Heli resort. Guests can also take daily lessons in windsurfing. Cycling instructors run amorning and evening cycle ride for guests, starting with easy rides at the beginning of the week, progressing to more difficult rides as the week goes on. During the day, guests can take out bikes at no extra charge. Seven nights’ half-board at the Porto Heli resort leads in at £479 for October 4-24 departures, including return flights, Royal Yatching Association instruction, free bike guiding service, all activities and resort transfers.

villa flotilla: Neilson also offers a two-week yacht-sailing programme. The first week is spent in the resort, with daily lessons from an instructor on each boat. The second week is spent on board the yacht. Sailors plan a route and meet up at a different island or bay each day. For single people, Neilson operates a ‘share a yacht’ option. The villa flotilla leads in at £519 per person, based on six sharing, and includes one week half-board at the Club Hotel La Cite in Porto Heli followed by one week aboard either an Oceanis 320CS or Moody 31CS.
