TECHNOLOGY company Atinera has acquired Australian-based
rival Atlas from its parent company Amadeus.
The deal will allow Atinera to expand into the Asia Pacific
market. It hopes users of the Atlas system will migrate to the recently launched
Atinera platform early next year.
Atinera chief executive officer EMEA Stuart Winter said: “We
are delighted to see the company growing on a global scale. In Atlas, Atinera
is acquiring a cash-positive business with infrastructure, experience and support
in place to enjoy continued market growth.”
