Bin those brochures, now
It started on the back page of brochures, then it crept inside, now it has become so blatant that the third page of the Virgin New England brochure is dedicated to booking direct, on-line or via teletext – all to bypass the travel agent who is supposed to rack and display the brochure.
Well this travel agent isn’t going to do so and appeals to other like-minded agents to say enough is enough. Bin these brochures and any others aiming to take the bread from our mouths.
In these difficult times are we not supposed to be supporting each other?
