Reward Group targets major multiples for future survey


THE survey results came from a sample of travel industry organisations ranging from small companies with turnover of less than £10m to over £250m.



The Reward Group sent questionnaires to 90 travel companies and received data back from 31. However, despite being invited to take part, none of the major multiples participated.



ABTA hopes to make the survey an annual event and will expand the questions range to include subjects such as the number of hours staff work. Chief executive Ian Reynolds said he wants 100 companies to take part next year: “I hope next time that we will get the multiples on board as the survey would benefit enormously from their participation. However, we do have strong representation from miniples.”
