Choice said UK revenues for the summer period were 5% up on last year in a City
update that confirmed trading was in line with expectations.
Following
the war in Iraq, the company said demand for the summer came back strongly with
healthy margins.
It said
the booking pattern for this winter was similar to 2002/03 with customers booking later, a trend which it sees
becoming a feature of the industry.
Demand for
the first half of winter is strong, with increased margins and fewer holidays
left to sell than last year, it said.
The
company is due to announce its full year results on December 9.
