Unfortunately, some users are experiencing issues with logging on to the new website. The logon page asks for users to input their ’email address’ and ‘password’.
This is incorrect – you should input your previous ‘username’ and ‘password’
This wording is in the process of being amended.
If you are still experiencing problems accessing any of the training courses, please can you forward the following information to twadministrator@rbi.co.uk:
- your username, password and registered email address
- details of the error message you have received
- where in the process you are receiving this message.
