TRAVEL recruitment and training company C&M Group has been named one of the top 50 small companies to work for in the UK.
C&M was selected from 257 small companies that entered this year’s prestigious The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies.
Each company that entered went through a gruelling judging process, that looked at leadership and management style, employee personal growth and well-being, camaraderie, pay and benefits, company culture and social responsibility.
Judging was based on the responses of randomly selected employees from each company, followed by a detailed assessment by The Sunday Times.
The top 100 list was revealed last week at an awards dinner in Battersea Park, London, hosted by BBC presenter Jeremy Vine.
C&M managing director Angus Chisholm said: “I am very proud of this latest achievement. Since we launched eight years ago, we have built up a strong reputation within the travel industry as a people-focused company bringing a fresh approach to recruitment and training.
