Holidaybreak’s innovation celebration

HOLIDAYBREAK’s ‘innovative’ approach to management development has been recognised with a prestigious award.


The company has scooped a sought-after DWF award, which rewards firms for their commitment to best practice and innovative management techniques.


Holidaybreak picked up the award in Manchester, where the ceremony was sponsored by international business consultants SHL.


Tricia Walker, human resources manager at Holidaybreak, said: “We believe that training and development is critical in recruiting and retaining talented employees who are the key to our success. DWF is a major law firm in the northwest of England and supports the awards ceremony to promote best practice in human resources. Holidaybreak won the award for ‘Excellence in developing management capability’.
