SMALL travel businesses can now benefit from a guide to dealing with how to deal with gay, lesbian and bisexual employees and customers.
Gay People, Your Business has been launched by the charity Stonewall, which campaigns for equal rights for gays, lesbians and bisexuals, and provides key advice and information about how to support both staff and access the pink pound.
Stonewall chief executive Ben Summerskill said: “Contrary to the picture sometimes painted, we know there are many small businesses wanting to do the right thing around equality.
“I’m delighted that we’ve succeeded in producing a guide that will be accessible to millions of small business owners.”
Copies of the guide will be distributed through the Federation of Small Businesses and copies can also be downloaded from www.stonewall.org.uk.
