The multiple has installed both the Amadeus Selling Platform and 700 licenses of Amadeus Cruise across its network. The service will also be available to 125 Hays’ Independence Group members.
John Hays, managing director of Hays Travel said: “With all the different working environments that make up our network we needed a technology partner that was flexible and really worked alongside us to create a solution tailored to our needs.
“Hays Travel has prided itself on embracing the right technology to support our business strategy and Amadeus delivered both the product and service to make the recent migration process seamless. Initial feedback has been very positive.”
Integration with third-party content and a simplified sales process were among the advantages of Amadeus, Hays said.
Hays Travel would not reveal the value of the deal.
