Calls Online seeks new partners for peaks market – 6 Dec 2006

Homeworking company Calls Online is hoping to sign up new tour operators in time for the January peaks market.

Managing director Lindsey Herbert said the company already provides homeworkers to take calls for RCI Europe, Libra Holidays and Excel Holidays but is now looking for more.

She added by only employing staff with a minimum of three year’s ABTA or equivalent retail experience, organising additional training and focusing on various niches sectors like skiing and cruise, the company is confident operators will benefit from the service.

She said: “This gives us an opportunity to really focus our efforts in the market that we are most suited to.

“Our strong points are that we use only very experienced staff and are cost effective, which will appeal to small and medium sized companies. We are growing fast and want to sign up more companies.”

Herbert added Calls Online staff take calls from 8am-11pm, seven days a week, while fulfillment contracts are entirely flexible. The Global Travel Group-owned company’s technology also allows for daily reports on the number of calls made and answered as well as conversion rates.
