Worldchoice and Triton board member Barbara Collins has announced she is to relinquish both positions at the end of May for personal reasons.
She described the reason for her decision as positive and said she was leaving to spend more time with her partner and travel the World.
Chairman and Managing Director of Worldchoice UK Limited and Chairman of the Triton Travel Group Colin Heal said: “Barbara has done a fantastic job for both Worldchoice and Triton, especially in the area of training.
“Whilst we are sorry to lose her as a board colleague, we fully understand the reasons for her decision and wish her every happiness in the future.”
Barbara added: “I have greatly enjoyed my Board membership both on Worldchoice and more latterly of Triton and believe that I have been able to make an effective contribution to both organisations, especially in the field of training.
“I have every confidence that under the excellent leadership of Colin Heal, both organisations will go forward to even greater success in the future.”
