Carlson Wagonlit Travel has signed a three-year contract with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
CWT previously managed air and rail travel for the Inland Revenue and now, following a merger between the Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise to form HMRC, covers both.
The company has also won the contract for hotel and conferencing business for the organisation. This part of the deal will start on July 1, 2007.
Nigel Turner, CWT’s director of public sector, said: “This new contract illustrates how we are continuing to build extremely strong credentials within the public sector.”
