Costa Cruises has formed a marketing partnership with Singapore Tourism Board to promote the cruiseline’s presence in Asia this winter.
Costa Cruises and Singapore Tourism Board will take part in joint marketing initiatives and product awareness seminars, and will put out brochures to the travel industry in the Asia Pacific and Europe regions from this month.
Costa Allegra will commence cruises from Singapore on November 3, on its 14-night Jewels of the Far East tour with visits to ports including Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia and Brunei.
Costa Cruises’ vice president of Pacific Asia operations, Massimo Brancaleoni, says the partnership will provide more variety and greater flexibility for tourists wishing to visit the Far East.
Singapore Tourism Board director of sightseeing and cruise development Carrie Kwik said: “Cruise companies are recognising the attractiveness and charm of Asia.
“We are happy to work with Costa Cruises to develop and market more new and exciting itineraries that showcase the best of Singapore and Asia,”
