The luxury tour operator will use the system to help agents support its tailor-made and e-commerce services.
Travelink will provide agents with a new web-based sales system and power the online booking services on the Cadogan website.
Geoff Lawrence, sales and marketing director at Cadogan, said: “This will enable us to more efficiently deliver the personalised services our agents require. Staff will spend more time delivering our service and less time administering travel bookings.”
Comtec head of sales Vicki Tittley added: “More and more travel companies are developing flexible propositions in response to changing consumer buying patterns.”
