Hays Travel is selling hotels4u.com’s properties again after taking the bed bank off sale last month.
The northeast travel agency chain had put the accommodation-only supplier on stop-sale after complaints about customer service-related problems.
Hotels4u.com sales and marketing director John Harding said the quality and customer service issues had been resolved and the operator was now committed to a new service level agreement.
He said: “I am delighted this has been resolved. We have sorted out all the issues to both our and Hays Travel’s satisfaction and as a result we have got better service levels across our entire product range.”
Last month Hays said it was reviewing all its accommodation-only suppliers with the aim of reducing the number it works with.
