This agreement allows Thomas Cook UK & Ireland staff to book Holiday Extras products for clients through the Thomas Cook intranet system.
Holiday Extras will be running ongoing training sessions, incentives and managers’ meetings to ensure that all Thomas Cook agents are aware of the products and deals available.
Holiday Extras sales director Howard Dove said: “This is a great chance for agents to grow sales and we hope that as a result of this contact, many travellers will be able to experience Holiday Extras products for the first time.”
Thomas Cook director for trade relations Marc Bennett said: “Thomas Cook is delighted to work with Holiday Extras. They have an excellent selling system, product range and sales team which will enable us to develop our productivity through a multi channelled sales approach.”
To celebrate, Holiday Extras will be offering the top performing agents incentives each week in January and February 2008 and prizes will include iPods, X Box or similar and vouchers.
