Kuoni Group chief executive Armin Meier will leave his role at the end of the year.
The mutiual decision has been made following a difference of opinions on the leadership and execution of the group’s continuing transformation which began in May this year.
Kuoni chief finance officer Max Katz will take up the role of group executive board spokesman until further notice although none of the board will apply for Meier’s role. A new chief executive will be appointed in time.
