Apartmentsabroad.com has added almost 40 new properties to its Cyprus offering as part of a plan to grow its eastern Mediterranean programme.
The accommodation-only specialist has been directly contracting the properties, which include hotels, villas and apartments, to meet growing customer demand.
The growth of the programme will also meet the anticipated demand created by the introduction of three new flights to Cyprus by both Monarch and easyJet.
Apartmentsabroad.com managing director Ian Thirlwall said: “The eastern Mediterranean is going to be a strong performer for this summer, boosted in no small part by particularly good value accommodation and better low cost air links from the UK to support non-packaged holidays.
“Our move on Cyprus is just the first phase of what is a significant expansion for us in a region for which we previously have not been particularly well known.”
Further expansion will see around 100 properties in Corfu, Crete, Kos, Rhodes and Zante added to the programme within the next few weeks.
