Hotels4u.com has appointed Leanne Berry to the new position of quality control manager.
Formerly of Balkan Holidays and SHG, Berry will be responsible for making sure all information on the hotels4u.com and transfers4u.com websites is accurate.
Sales and marketing director John Harding said: “Travel agents and customers provide us with valuable feedback on properties, the booking process and all other aspects of the hotels4u.com experience. With Leanne on board, we’ll have a one stop shop for quality control.”
Berry will make regular resort visits and check the consistency of star ratings. She said: “It is important to manage customers’ expectations and ensure that our website descriptions are up to date and accurate.”
This move follows the appointment of Doug Tuner as head of new product development last month.
