Ten travel companies have been rated as among the top 50 in the UK for customer satisfaction.
P&O Cruises tops the list of travel sector businesses in the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index, produced annually by the Institute of Customer Service.
The cruise line is joint 13th place in the list alongside discount chain Wilko and is followed by P&O Ferries in 16th position.
Jet2 is joint 20th with Aldi, just above Virgin Atlantic in 22nd place.
Premier Inn, Marriott, Center Parcs, Booking.com, Thomson and The Trainline.com also make the top 50 organisations in the list which is topped by Amazon.
P&O Cruises gained a satisfaction score of 83.6%, an annual improvement of 3.4 percentage points.
P&O Ferries saw its score rise 7.9 percentage points to 83.6%.
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is given a customer satisfaction score of 83%, an improvement of 2.8 percentage points over January 2016.
The average across all UK organisations is 77.8% with transport companies averaging 74.7% and the tourism industry averaging 80.2%.
