Cadogan Holidays has made six members of staff redundant as part of an ongoing restructure of the company.
The staff, who worked across a number of different departments, lost their jobs following a reshuffle of the product and commercial departments and the outsourcing of a number of backroom jobs.
Greater efficiency in the operator’s systems infrastructure has been achieved by the recent implementation of Travelink, furthering the need for the redundancies.
The restructuring of the company has been undertaken in order to maximise staff’s knowledge of the operator and its product, so improving the service offered to both customers and agents.
