The Global Travel Group to white-label consumer magazine for members

The Global Travel Group is offering travel agents the chance to hand out its travel and lifestyle magazine to customers with their own logo on the front cover.

The consortium says that agents can gain greater visibility by offering its Beyond magazine out to their clients with their own name, logo and website featured.

Agencies can also tailor pages with personalised calls to action.

As part of the shake-up of its marketing assets following member feedback, Global is also launching its new online branch directory, which will be linked to from all the offers posted on its social media channels in a bid to help potential customers find their nearest agent.

The new member finder gives potential holiday bookers their full contact details, including website and details of each agent’s specialities.

A new online member forum for agents – Horizon – has also been introduced to make it easier for members to seek advice and access information, receive real-time notifications, gallery access and access a private messaging system and calendar.

Andy Stark, managing director, The Global Travel Group said: “Every new product we develop for agents has one simple goal in mind: to make it even easier for our members to achieve commercial success. And we’re confident that these three additions will do exactly that.

“Since launching in 2008, our Beyond magazine has proved a hugely effective marketing tool for agents and inspirational read for their customers. By giving members the capability to personalise future issues and broadening their reach via our new directory, we’re confident that independent travel agencies will gain more credibility among their current client base and reach potential new customers.”
