The first South America roadshow for UK travel agents is due to take place next week.
The events will be hosted by specialist tour operator Latin Routes in Manchester (July 4), Birmingham (July 5) and London (July 10).
Jessica Bain, head of trade relations and co-founder of Latin Routes, said: “The roadshow has been designed to educate agents on how to sell South America with a direct introduction to some of the fantastic suppliers and products that Latin Routes can offer.
“The recent 2017 LATA Insights report highlighted a general lack of knowledge about South America amongst the agent community and this roadshow is the perfect way to learn more about this incredible continent, and see for yourself what it has to offer.”
The Manchester event will be held at the Rooftop of Great John Street Hotel from 6pm on July 4, the Birmingham event at the Terrace of Park Regis Hotel from 6pm on July 5 and the London event at Grange Hotel’s Sky Bar from 6pm on July 10.

The Latin Routes roadshow announcement comes just a few weeks after LATA announced it would be hosting its first series of roadshows in November in Glasgow, Birmingham and Leeds.
