Flight Centre has opened a new flagship shore on London’s High Street Kensington.
The shop, next to a rival Trailfinders outlet, is the largest of the 100 Flight Centres in the UK with 20 consultants selling flights, accommodation, car hire, insurance and tours.
There will be dedicated Round the World, First and Business and Flight Centre Business Travel teams.
The opening day on August 2 saw 1,000 people visiting the store. If successful, it is hoped the format will be rolled out in the future.
Flight Centre marketing manager Peter Mountford said: “The success of our opening day shows that customers are interested in dedicated, expert service that saves them money.”
