Travel agent spaces are still available on expos being run by the Association of Cruise Experts nationwide over the next two months.
The next expo, on September 9 at the Ramada Jarvis in Gatwick from 9.30am-4pm, takes place during National Cruise Week, which runs from September 7-14.
Further expos are on September 18 at Birmingham’s The Council House and on October 9 at St James Park in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, for between 70 and 100 agents each.
ACE director of business development Andy Harmer said that so far the expos had been extremely popular with the trade. They include well-known guest speakers from the trade.
He said: “They have gone down so well and we are pleased with the format. It’s aimed at all different levels of cruise and is great for networking.”
The expos include workshops on identifying trends in cruise and how easy it is to sell cruise.
Meanwhile, ACE is increasing its introductory training online courses from two to seven and has added extra information, such as interactive deck plans.
