TTA Worldchoice members to be offered bookable websites

TTA Worldchoice members will soon be able to use the consortium’s white label technology to create their own real-time, consumer-facing, bookable websites.

Speaking at today’s TTA Future in Focus conference in London, founding director Steve Clark said members will be given a version of the fully bookable TTA website which they currently use to make their own bookings and dynamic packages.

They can then overlay it with their own branding and marketing and write in thier own commission levels before launching it.

Clark said the decision to launch the new technology, which has been piloted by six agents for the last six months, was made following a 25% year on year increase in dynamic package sales undertaken by members.

He added: “I’ve already had several members coming up to me today and asking for it.”

The new technology, which is free, will also be available to all Worldchoice members and it is hoped the official launch will take place in the first quarter of next year.

Meanwhile, Clark said TTA’s own bookable site has been enhanced by the introduction of real time pricing and availability from suppliers.

Around 20 of the UK’s core bed banks, flight providers and car rental firms are supplying the product although it is hoped this number will be increased to 35 suppliers by the end of January.

He added it is also hoped that a cruise section will be introduced to the site in early February.
