Travelsphere has reported a 20% year on year increase in sales in the last six months.
The escorted touring specialist said the rise followed the introduction of its ‘Rock Solid Guarantees’ initiative.
The operator offers guaranteed departures on selected tours and will price match cheaper tours.
It also offers a ‘price promise’ guarantee where customers will be refunded the difference if a tour is advertised for less than what was originally paid.
Managing director Alastair Campbell said: “When we launched our Rock Solid Customer Guarantees last year we said we would grow our business through the travel trade and that is exactly what we have done.
“I would like to thank all of our trade partners for their support and we are very pleased they are reaping the benefits.
“Our trade partners have been telling us that the peace of mind they are able to pass on to their customer with our guaranteed departures has been a huge selling point.”
He said all tours featured in its European and Worldwide brochures were guaranteed and more are due to be added.
Travelsphere’s loyalty promise, which offers a discount to repeat customers, can be extended to agents’ customers, Campbell said.
