THESavoy Group is changing its global distribution system access code to VY from October 27.
Its five properties – The Berkeley, Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Savoy in London, and The Lygon Arms in Broadway, in the Cotwolds – were previously accessed under the Leading Hotels of the World’s LW code.
Savoy Group director of marketing and sales Geraldine McKenna said the move is part of the company’s long-term strategic development plan to expand The Savoy’s own brand. The group remains a member of the Leading Hotels of the World consortium and will continue in its global marketing programmes.
