Flight consolidator Lime launches new reward scheme for agents

Kudos is the name of a new trade incentive programme introduced by Flight consolidator Lime.

The scheme will compliment and enhance Lime’s existing reward scheme called Grandi.

Kudos is a reservation level incentive programme, with a different focus each month, including sales in a particular region, a trading period or a fare type, to give users a range of opportunities to win rewards throughout the year.

The scheme rewards individuals and their colleagues, with team prizes that aim to treat as many people as possible in the winning company.

Grandi rewards companies who hold an account with Lime, offering an uncapped payback-per-ticket model.

The tiered reward system allows companies to project their forward sales and anticipate what tier they will fall into at the end of the year, and thus what payment they are set to receive – giving an incentive for companies to strive to achieve the next level.

Travel Innovation Group company Lime uses technology to provide a search, booking and ticketing service to the UK trade seeking British Airways tickets.

Lime managing director Michael Edwards said: “It’s very important to us that we’re rewarding our loyal customers with both long and short-term incentives.

“Kudos builds on the long-term rewards we already offered with Grandi, so that our customers and their individual employees both get perks for booking flights as they usually would.

“We hope this will not only reward them for their loyalty, but also help them to grow their businesses too.”
