New hotels4u system
Hotels4u.com has introduced a new XML version of its booking system, offering agents improved connectivity and enhanced search capabilities. Part of the system offers agents access to more than 10,000 additional hotels worldwide. Third-party beach product now includes Thailand, Goa, Gambia, regional France and Italy.
Hays Beds is launched
Hays Travel has integrated its five bed bank suppliers into Hays Beds and has been trialling the system across its shops, call centres and homeworkers. The next phase is to extend the system to Hays Independence Group members. Work is also under way to integrate Hays Beds as well as iSell, the company’s blended search technology, into the website.

Resorthoppa has revamped its website for agents, offering a three-step booking process, instant email confirmation and trade-only online discounts. A ‘Manage my Booking’ facility also enables agents to view, amend and cancel bookings online at no extra charge.
