Escorted tour and river cruise specialist Tauck has promoted Kathryn Coles to the new role of UK country manager.
Coles was previously UK sales manager and has expanded her responsibilities to take on the role. She is tasked with raising the operator’s profile and continuing to develop new consortia partnerships.
Coles will also be responsible for maintaining existing trade partnerships and delivering sales training and will be the UK point of contact for the operator’s strategic partners and wholesalers, overseeing marketing, business plans, contracts and targets.
Coles joined Tauck when it launched a UK office in 2014, having previously worked for Kirker Holidays and Club Med. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the travel industry.
She will report into Jackie Coulson, managing director, international sales.
