Inghams’ parent has appointed Julie Franklin as head of agency sales.
Franklin, who spent nearly four years as agency sales manager at Mark Warner, will oversee Hotelplan UK’s agency sales teams for its brands Esprit Ski, Ski Total and Santa’s Lapland, as well as Inghams.
She will report into commercial director John Mansell from November.
Franklin’s appointment follows the departure of group head of sales Simon McIntyre who has joined online cruise agency Iglu in a new role as general manager, ski.
Mansell said: “With her wealth of experience in agency sales and tour operating, as well as her passion for travel, Julie is a great appointment for us.
“Having a dedicated individual with her skillset in the role means our agency relationships will continue to go from strength to strength.”
