EUROPCAR has formed a division devoted to increasing corporate-sector business.
The business division has been set up following a restructure of the car-rental company’s sales team. UKnational sales manager Avril Palmer has been promoted to business development director overseeing a team of six people.”Business travel is important to Europcar and we want to increase our activity in this area,” she said.
Two new members of staff have been recruited from outside Europcar. Diane Curtis-Preston joins fromThrifty and Marcus Russell joins from vehicle and leasing company Master Drive. Daniel Brooks has been appointed from within Europcar to the newly created position of corporate sales manager.
