The Travel Trust Association (TTA) and TTA Worldchoice are offering ex-Harvey World Travel staff the chance to set up in business.
The two consortia, owned by TTA Group, have offered to visit and discuss options with the ex-managers and staff, many of whom lost their jobs in the failed business.
The last 12 branches, which were closed by June 16, were the last of a network of 57 retail outlets which went into administration on June 5.
A total of 29 branches were bought from the administrators, but the rest were forced to close, with the loss of 155 jobs.
TTA, which runs its business on a trust fund model, is keen to recruit new entrants, while TTA Worldchoice runs an affiliate scheme, which enables people to set up as homeworkers.
TTA operations director Gary Lewis said: “TTA is a starting point for new entrants into the business. We can hold individual meeting or go out and see the agents.
“If they have been running their own branch of HWT and they have a client base they can keep 100% commissions.”
Call Matt Skilton at TTA on 01483 545 787 or email matt.skilton@traveltrust.co.uk.
Travel Counsellors has already contacted the administrators to set up recruitment roadshows in Exeter on June 18, and in Norwich on June 25.
