Stop moaning and look to the future


What a bunch of unrealistic, moaning, depressing travel agents most of your letters seem to represent.



I refer to the constantbombardment of criticism aimed at Thomson Holidays; be it from City analysts, tour operators and, mostsurprisingly, travel agents.



Having been in the travel business for a relatively short time, Ican only assume these dinosaurs do not want to enter the next century.



If these small-minded travel agents think Thomson is not treating them properly – do not sell the product, orperhaps Thomson might take the view that if you constantly moan about it, it might just refuse to allow you to sell the best product on the market.



Since becoming a Preferred Agent, my company has received an unprecedented amount of back-up,promotions and assistance from a superb, dedicated team.



What other trade would constantly knock their best product with what can only be described as very shallow, petty criticisms? Lookforward, not back!
