The Truly Independent Professional Travel Organisation (TIPTO) is to hold a roadshow in Jersey for the first time on November 17.
The Channel Islands roadshow is one of six scheduled for this autumn by the tour operator consortium, which currently has 15 members.
Chairman Graham Balmforth said the decision to visit Jersey was largely due to the quality of the agents on the island.
He added: “The independent agent community in Jersey is small but of a very high quality, and many already give strong support to a number of TIPTO members,” he said.
“We felt it was important to get together with them this year, and we are hoping for a great turn out on the night.”
A venue has yet to be confirmed for the roadshow.
Other roadshows will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Peterborough on September 30; the Mount Pleasant Hotel in Doncaster on October 20; the De Vere Whites hotel in Bolton on October 21; The Grand Hotel in Brighton on November 24 and Lords Cricket Ground in London on November 25.
