ROSENBLUTH International is expanding its portfolio to develop a range of non-travel products for corporate clients.
The travel management company is planning a series of strategic alliances with other organisations to develop products under the name Business Interaction Management.
Currently, Rosenbluth has a partnership with video-conferencing company TeleSuite and others are expected in the coming months. Rosenbluth chief travel scientist Danamichele Brennen O’Brien said:”These solutions will allow companies to use Web technology and other conferencing services to improve processes and increase the number of interactions they make with their employees, suppliers and customers.
“We recognise face-to-face communications are valuable in business. But there are cases where an alternative to travel can achieve the same goal.
“We want to help clients manage business interactions mort effectively by minimising travel expense and maximising business results. Where possible, the suite of virtual travel alternatives will be integrated into computer reservation systems so alternatives to travel can be arranged at point of sale.”
