PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), the administrators of Globespan Group, has called for the £35m held by E-Clear to be placed in a joint account immediately.
PWC has revealed discussions have taken place with E-Clear, the credit card processing company, but admits progress has been limited.
Flyglobespan went into administration last Thursday leaving more than 4,500 passengers abroad.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Scotland joint administrator Bruce Cartwright, said:
“We believe our proposal provides a commercial and transparent approach and will help to address the concerns of Globespan creditors.
“It will also go some way to allowing the parties to demonstrate that they are approaching this matter in a co-operative manner.”
