Thomas Cook reveals management restructure

Former Gold Medal chief executive Terry Fisher has become managing director of Thomas Cook’s scheduled business in a management restructure.


The restructure was formalised in the wake of Thomas Cook buying the remaining 49.99% stake in Gold Medal earlier this week.


Steve Barrass and Richard Calvert are now joint managing directors of tour operations.


Other senior management include: Simon Robinson, managing director of sales; Frank Pullman, managing director of Thomas Cook Airlines; Rob Thompson, aviation and planning director; Haim Perry, managing director of accommodation only; Adam Fredman, managing director of specialist businesses; Michael Johnson, marketing director; Chris Gadsby, chief financial officer and Jason Steward, finance director.



Group destination management chief executive Pete Constanti has the following direct reports:  Pat Norman, IT director; Anne Billson-Ross, human resources director; Michael Hallisey, legal director and company secretary; Kathy Winter, director of customer delivery and Jackie Stevenson, overseas operations director.
