TTNG conference: Consortium group replaces Honeycomb system

The Travel Network Group has announced a new technology platform to help members to dynamically package holidays.

Dynamics, which replaces its Honeycomb system for agent members, includes new features such as Google maps and has been designed to help agents to better incorporate sales of ancillaries and insurance.

Agents will see a new look on the documentation produced by the system.

Announcing the launch of Dynamics at TTNG’s conference in Budapest, chief executive Gary Lewis said the consortium is also using the services of a technology consultant to help it upgrade its offering in 2019.

The new system has gone live and was being demonstrated at the conference.

Lewis also outlined a new retail tour organiser platform, which is a front to back-end booking system, offering ‘frictionless payments and processing’.
