Put your questions to ABTA chairman John McEwan

Have you got a question for ABTA’s John McEwan?

The association’s chairman will be taking your questions this Wednesday when he comes into the TWgroup offices.

ABTA last week announced that Malta will host this year’s Travel Convention.

Perhaps you have a question about this choice of destination, or a general query about the big annual overseas trade event?

Also, with the industry in the middle of two consultations on the future of consumer financial protection, perhaps you would like to quiz McEwan on this hot topic?

Or maybe you have other burning issues you would like the ABTA chairman to address. If so, don’t miss this opportunity to ask him directly.

We have created a dedicated forum on the Travelhub for you to submit your questions and Travel Weekly editor Lucy Huxley will be putting them to McEwan on Wednesday.

He will be filmed answering the questions and the footage will be posted on the Travelhub forum to view and to discuss.

Travel Weekly group editor Lucy Huxley said: “It’s great to be able to offer this exclusive opportunity for Travel Weekly readers to have their concerns addressed by the man in the ABTA hot seat.

“The association has changed a lot over the past five years and taken its fair share of criticism but is arguably still the most recognisable and influential trade organisation.

“With so much at stake regarding the future of the travel industry we’re sure this forum couldn’t come at a better time for our travel agent and tour operator readers.”
