Advantage Travel Centres has revamped its member training scheme and renamed it the Advantage Training Academy.
Advantage has teamed up with Online Travel Training to create training programmes on behalf of its preferred business partners across a range of products and destinations.
Using the consortium’s intranet, members can enroll for the academy and sign up for various courses.
Sales and marketing director Colin O’Neill said: “We believe we have some of the most professional travel agents in the business and, by keeping up to date through training, we will retain our position at the forefront of the industry.”
