The Co-operative Travel branch in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, and its neighbouring Co-operative Food store have undergone a £540,000 joint refurbishment.
The agency has new furnishings and modular window displays which were designed with customer feedback.
It can be accessed via the food store and the high street, to encourage higher footfall and more collaboration between the food and travel divisions on joint community and customer events.
One of Co-operative Travel’s 58 travel agencies, the store is managed by Zoe Tiscornia and her team of four travel experts, who together have more than 70 years of industry experience.
Tiscornia specialises in long-haul and luxury holidays while Lesley Wright is the branch’s cruise expert.
The store also has a travel money bureau.
