Teresa Walsh has been named as the first female managing director of Club 18-30.
Walsh, who is currently sales and marketing director at Thomas Cook’s bedbank business Medhotels/Hotels4U, will start in her new role later this month, reporting to managing director of specialist businesses, Andy Fredman.
She said: “Club 18-30 has gone through a lot of changes over the last few years and it’s very different now to its legacy image. The team are very passionate and focused about the brand and the business and I’m really excited about working with them to continue their good work.
“My key priorities are to reinvigorate the brand and the proposition by looking at new product opportunities; looking at brands to partner with and increasing distribution which will include through the travel trade.”
Andy Baker will taking over sales for Medhotels/Hotels4U.
