Jet2holidays plans a fresh burst of prime time TV advertising from bank holiday Monday.
Three new adverts will target young couples, couples and families to encourage booking as the summer comes to an end.
They will appear during popular TV programmes such as Coronation Street and the third Ashes cricket test match between England and Australia.

The ads will be supported by radio, digital, out of home, CRM and social media campaigns.
Each advert incudes new scenes designed to help evolve the operator’s ‘Hold My Hand’ concept, accompanied by the track by singer Jess Glynne.
Some of Jet2holidays’ most popular hotels in the Portuguese Algarve feature prominently.
Marketing director Gavin Forth said: “As we come to the end of another busy summer period, this fantastic campaign will really inspire holidaymakers to plan their next trip with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
“The new campaign captures the spirit of our award-winning airline and package holiday business, demonstrating the VIP experience that customers enjoy when travelling with us.
“Incorporating our famous friendly service and showcasing the memories that can only be created by enjoying quality time together on holiday, this latest evolution of our ‘Hold My Hand’ concept demonstrates the many factors that have driven the continued success of Jet2holidays, making us the second largest tour operator in the UK.”
