A member of the UK Financial Conduct Authority is joining easyJet as a non-executive director.
Catherine Bradley will become a member of the UK budget airline’s finance committee when she joins on January 1.
Besides the FSA, Bradley serves on the boards of Peugeot and Johnson Electric.
She was previously head of equity advisory, Asia Pacific, at Societe Generale and held a variety of roles at Credit Suisse in London and Hong Kong.
Bradley also worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, BNP Paribas, UBS and Merrill Lynch and was awarded a CBE this year.
