Travel Counsellors survey highlights benefits of social media

Travel Counsellors are reaping the benefits of using social media to attract new customers and communicate with existing ones. The annual survey of 744 home-based workers in the UK and overseas revealed that 90% are using social networking tools such as Facebook and Twitter and successfully driving sales through the networking sites.
